Hooping!!

Its hula hoop for grown ups and it’s awesome! I’m making a hoop tomorrow. Hopefully.  It’ll be awhile before I share any video of myself, but here’s some  I’ve watched that can  introduce  you to the concept.

I’ve watched hooping to ALL kinds of music, drums, metal, oldies, and more.
